At Hussain Rehan, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Item is unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- Original tags are intact and item is in original packaging
- Item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items with broken tags or removed packaging
- Items returned after 48 hours of delivery
- Items with minor color variation due to screen or lighting differences
- Stitched or customized suits made to order
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued.
- Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Customer bears the return shipping cost unless the item is defective
- Exchanged items are dispatched within 3–5 working days
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
- Item received is defective or significantly different from what was ordered
- Order cancelled before dispatch (online payments only)
- Item is out of stock after payment has been made
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer only.
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to raise a return or refund request:
- Email us at info@hussainrehan.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item
- Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days
- If approved, ship the item back to our address in Faisalabad
- Refund or exchange will be processed upon receiving the item
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will investigate with our courier partner and arrange a replacement or full refund within 5–7 business days.
