Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a WhatsApp or SMS notification with your order details. Processing does not include delivery time.
Delivery Timeframes
All orders are delivered within 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Delivery timelines may be extended during sale seasons, Eid, or unforeseen courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Rs. 200 across Pakistan
- Same-Day / Express Delivery: Available in select cities — charges apply at checkout
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment confirmation.
Delivery Locations
We deliver to all cities, towns, and areas across Pakistan. This includes but is not limited to:
- All major cities — Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta
- Secondary cities — Gujranwala, Sialkot, Bahawalpur, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Abbottabad
- Remote and rural areas across all provinces
- Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan (extended delivery times may apply)
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. All orders are delivered within Pakistan only.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the courier's website.
- Tracking details are shared within 24 hours of dispatch
- You can also contact us on WhatsApp for a live order status update
- Tracking may take up to 12 hours to become active on the courier portal
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier will attempt re-delivery. After two failed attempts:
- The parcel may be returned to our warehouse
- Re-shipping charges will apply for a second dispatch
- Customer will be contacted via WhatsApp to confirm address before re-dispatch
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at the time of placing your order.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Lost orders will be investigated with our courier partner. If confirmed lost, a replacement or full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
